Day 3: Enhancing Curriculum with Online Expeditions
Participants will:
- tour the museum exhibit, Smithsonian Expeditions.
- participate in a videoconference with a scientist at the
Smithsonian Institution.
- learn to teach others the value and uses of videoconferencing
to enhance teaching and learning.
- conduct research through online investigation of an aquatic
or marine habitat in their state.
- develop an electronic presentation that communicates their
research findings.
